AI × Business × Money

See What Actually Works.

Real experiments. Real businesses. Real numbers.

Ovriko runs structured experiments inside real businesses, then publishes the method, the full cost and the outcome. No projections, no vendor case studies, and no conclusions we have not measured ourselves.

Scope

What Ovriko tests

Three questions, asked of real businesses rather than of a landing page.

  • 01

    AI inside real operations

Whether an AI system can actually do work a business currently pays for. Where it holds up, where it breaks, what it costs to run, and what it still needs a person for.

  • 02

    Business models and offers

Which offers, prices and channels produce revenue, and which only produce activity. Measured against a threshold set before the test starts.

  • 03

    Money, end to end

Cost, margin and payback measured in full, including setup time, supervision, and the hours that never make it into the spreadsheet.

Protocol

How an experiment runs

Every Ovriko experiment follows the same four steps. The threshold is set before the work begins, so the result cannot be rewritten afterwards.

  1. 01

    Hypothesis

A specific, falsifiable claim with a success threshold written down before anything is built or bought.

  2. 02

    Test and control

What changes, and what deliberately stays the same, so a result can be attributed rather than assumed.

  3. 03

    Measurement

Metrics, instrumentation and the cost model, fixed in advance. Numbers we cannot source do not get published.

  4. 04

    Verdict

The outcome against the threshold, published whether it passes or fails, with the method attached.

Measurement vocabulary

TESTCONTROLRESULT

Setup is described with the same vocabulary every time, so two experiments can be read against each other. A finished experiment is judged on two independent axes - whether it met its threshold, and whether it stays in the business - and they are allowed to disagree. One that cannot support either says so rather than guessing.

PASS
Met the threshold defined before the test.
FAIL
Did not meet it. Published anyway.
KEEP
Earns its cost. Stays in the business.
FIRE
Does not earn its cost. Removed.

Standard

What counts as evidence

An opinion is not a result. Ovriko separates the two on the page, every time.

Published

  • Hypothesis and the threshold set in advance
  • Test and control setup
  • Duration and operating conditions
  • Full cost, including time
  • Headline result and the numbers behind it
  • Verdict
  • Method, in enough detail to repeat
  • What we got wrong

Not published

  • Numbers we cannot show the source of
  • A single unrepeated run presented as proof
  • Conclusions shaped by whoever paid for them
  • Advice we have not tested ourselves

Record

Published experiments

The full record, newest first. Every entry carries its method, its cost and its verdict.

Research

How Ovriko tests, and what it will not publish

The operating rules behind every Ovriko experiment - how a hypothesis is fixed before any money is spent, how cost and time are counted, what PASS, FAIL, KEEP and FIRE mean, and the things Ovriko will not publish at any price.

Distribution

The findings go to the list first

When an experiment finishes, the result, the cost breakdown and the verdict go out in full. Not a weekly roundup of other people who had a thought about AI.

One send per finished experiment. No cadence for its own sake.

Real experiments. Real businesses. Real numbers.
